Preparing the show ring
Our expert pet groomers have undergone rigorous training, earned multiple awards in Australian and international grooming competitions, and hold certifications in pet emergency first aid and therapeutic grooming.
Every appointment is one-on-one, in a salon designed by professional groomers. Medical-grade disinfection daily; deworming and vaccination status verified for all visiting pets.

Spa therapies are booked together with a Wash & Tidy or Wash & Dry at your pet's size and coat type.
10% off for customers who attend a full groom, wash & dry, or wash & tidy within every 6-week recurrence, for a minimum of 1 year.

Show-ring discipline keeps every pet safe on the table. Booking is subject to suitability, vaccination and service confirmation.
The price list is a general guide — fees are contingent on size, breed, coat type and overall time. Additional charges apply if a pet is uncooperative or extra services are necessary.
Please tell us in advance of any special requirements, medical conditions or aggression.
If fleas are found, a mandatory flea wash applies at an extra charge.
Muzzles are employed at our discretion, as a final precautionary measure only.
We reserve the right to discontinue grooming and send a pet home if continuing is unsafe for the groomer or the pet.
New customers: a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service, per pet, is required before an appointment is confirmed.
Rescheduling or cancellation requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice — otherwise it is treated as a no-show: a service fee (30% of the service fee) applies to the next appointment and the deposit is void.
Late arrivals: $1 per minute for arrivals more than 10 minutes late; more than 20 minutes late and we may cancel, with 30% of the service fee applying.
Late pick-ups: we have no boarding facilities — a dog not collected within 1 hour of notice incurs an additional $20.00 per hour wages charge.
